Q1) How long before I start using my custom system?
A1) We commit to having your system within 48 hours of purchasing your
system.
A2) Walking through our online training system should take you no longer
than an hour.
Q2) What computer system does this system use?
A) It is based upon the iOS architecture so you will need either an iPhone
or an iPad to create new eCARDS and effectively use the system.
Q3) What if I don’t use an iPhone or iPad?
A) Some of our most passionate clients have ANDROID phones (or
Windows phones, etc.). They simply get an iPad, create the eCARD and
THEN send it over to their ANDROID device at which time they can text it
from their ANDROID device. It’s simply 1 extra step.
Q4) Can I use my eCARDS with Constant Contact, etc.?
A) ABSOLUTELY!! We provide a custom “email graphic” for your specific
company which you will use to INSERT into your mass email program
(Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.). You simply attach the custom eCARD
link to that graphic and “VOILA”! - your mass email just received an
INSTANT MULTIMEDIA UPGRADE!! Keep using your mass email program
- just start including your new KILLER ECARDS as the great content!!
Q4) When I try to get my headshot on my camera roll, I
just get a blank screen… why?
A) The problem is probably you have far too many photos and videos in
your camera roll for your iPhone or iPad to access ALL those photos at the
same time your are running ZINGem - it’s a hardward “memory problem”
easily resolved by simply temporarily moving most of your photos OFF your
camera roll and onto another device, access your headshot, then you can
put them back. When you remove most of your photos, the device then has
more memory to dedicate to ZINGem, thereby making it work.
